Delivery

ActionKing ships orders within the European Union. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).

Most products are in stock and ready for dispatch. A small number of items may have different delivery times or may be available as pre-orders.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you and ask whether you prefer:

• to wait until the order can be shipped complete, or

• to receive the available items first.

We normally do not split shipments unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information when placing an order. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays, additional costs, or lost deliveries.

If multiple orders are placed before the first order has been processed, they may sometimes be combined into a single shipment depending on the order processing stage.

If something is missing, incorrect, or damaged, or if a delivery has not arrived, you must notify us as soon as possible after delivery and no later than 5 days after the delivery date.

Delivery Time

Orders placed on business days are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• European Union: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• destination country

• shipping method

• carrier handling times

• holidays or peak shipping periods

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking information is normally provided once the order has been processed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using established European shipping carriers such as PostNord or other logistics partners, depending on the destination country and shipment size.

Parcel Locker Delivery

In some countries, deliveries may be made to parcel lockers or pickup points depending on the carrier.

Customers will receive tracking information and delivery instructions once the shipment has been dispatched.

Packages must normally be collected within the time period specified by the carrier.

Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is not collected and is returned to ActionKing, we reserve the right to charge a handling and return fee to cover shipping and administrative costs.

Fraudulent Orders

Orders placed using false names, addresses or identities are not permitted.

Fraudulent orders may be reported to the authorities, and IP addresses are logged for each order.
